■ Precautions
・Returns are possible only if you can return the product within 3 days after receiving the product.
・The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
・Only unopened and unused items are accepted.
(Pierced earrings, catches, ear cuffs, and earrings are hygienic products and cannot be returned after opening.)
・After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will send a "cancellation processing completion email" from our shop.
・Please keep the copy of the package delivery number when returning the item until the cancellation is completed.
・If you do not hear from us within 7 business days after shipping the returned item, please contact the store.
・Refunds by bank transfer will be charged a handling fee for returns due to differences in image.
