Refund policy

■ In the case of damage during delivery or our negligence 
 Shipping and handling fees will be borne by our store.We will ship the same day.

(Depending on the product, there may be inventory in the distribution warehouse of the consignee.In that case, it may take about a week.Please note that.)

■ We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience (other than damage or staining of the product).

In the case of a defective product, after confirming the defective product with the attached photo in the email sent within 7 days after arrival, we will refund the defective product.

In this case, no return is required.

If you would like a refund for a defective product, please contact us by email within 7 days after receiving the product.
