Shipping & Processing Guidelines
We ask for your cooperation in entering your mailing address, including the name of the building correctly.
If the name of the apartment or building is omitted, it will be returned to us.
■ Domestic Shipping
1.Nekopos(delivery to a mailbox)
Time: 2-3 days.
Cost: 330 JPY *Free shipping for purchases over 3,000 yen.
please note:
・we cannot compensate for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
・You cannot specify the date and time.
・If there is an error or omission in your name or mailing address, it will be returned. If it is returned, we will charge the re-shipping fee.
・If it is "delivery complete", the customer and the delivery company will discuss it even if it does not arrive.
2.Home Delivery
Time: 1-2 days.
Cost: Honshu/Shikoku/Kyushu 660 yen ~, Hokkaido/Okinawa/the islands 1430 yen ~
In the case of remote islands, there is a possibility that a relay fee will be charged separately, so in that case we will contact you before shipping.

■ International Shipping
1.EMS (Japan Post)
We offer international shipping to calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
please note:
・You could be requested to pay custom duties. Tax cannot be caluculated in the shipping stage from Japan.
・After the spread of the corona virus, the number of flights have become greatly reduced and ordinarily takes an extraordinary amount of time. It could take over 1 month to be arrived the package to your mailing address. "List of Delivery Days from Osaka"
・If there is an error or omission in your name or mailing address, it will be returned. If it is returned, we will charge the re-shipping fee.
・Refused Shipment
If you choose to refuse your shipment from MAYGLOBE, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
・Privacy
MAYGLOBE takes the utmost of care to ensure your privacy. However, we are required to provide customs authorities with basic shipment and product information. Please note all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
・Tracking Your Package
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipment tracking number. Please allow a minimum of one business day to see movement.
